Beyond winds of winter

Barcelona is the perfect gate to discover Catalonia and also Andorra,  small country located in the north of Catalonia, between Spanish and French borders. It is a combination of 3 valleys in the middle of the Pyrenees mountain rocky range, very famous for their shopping experiences and also for their sky stations where you can practice many different winter activities.

Beyond Incoming

  • Arrival:  Private Transfer to selected  4-5* Hotel.  Las Ramblas, La Boqueria and Sea front will give us the first impression of the Barcelona Mediterranean character.

    Dinner: Traditional Catalan Cuisine

  • Morning: We are going to live 2.000 years historic evolution in the ancient city. Starting from the most ancient roman tradition, discovering Gothic quarter heritage finishing in the dawn of XX century. We will visit Plaça Sant Jaume , The Cathedral, Santa Maria del Mar, Mercat del Born.

    Lunch: Tapas restaurant

    Afternoon: It's time to discover the Modernism and the new city, and the effects that this cultural movement had in the city, which converted the city in one of the most cultural lively cities in the early 1900's. First contact with Gaudí.  La Pedrera and Casa Batlló are waiting for us in Passeig de Gracia as well as its top elite brand shops.

    Dinner: Mediterranean cuisine restaurant

  •  Morning:  F.C. Barcelona museum is the most visited museum in Catalonia region.  Camp Nou Experience permits to discover the Europe's biggest stadium feeling the atmosphere of one of the top famous football clubs around the world.

    Lunch: Traditional Catalan cuisine restaurant

    Afternoon/evening: Barcelona's most well-known building. The iconic Sagrada Familia represents the zenith of Antoni Gaudi's career and the constant challenge to discover the Modernism architecture limits in the city. Afterwards, we will cross Gaudi's Avenue, which links the  world known church, with another astonishing Modernism building, the Hospital of Sant Pau, one of the nine Unesco world heritage monuments in the city, completely refurbished, which worked during more than 100 years as a hospital.

    Dinner: Paella and sea food restaurant

  •  Morning/Afternoon: Transfer and guided visit to Montserrat Benedictine abbey, located 50 km from Barcelona, 1hour driving distance. Montserrat is a multi-peaked rocky range which hosts the Virgin of Montserrat sanctuary.  It represents the essence of the Catalan region, combining the religious spirituality with the mystic tradition.

    Afternoon/Evening: Transfer to Andorra La Vella area, capital of Andorra, located 160km to the north from Montserrat Abbey, 2.30hrs driving distance. Hotel accommodation in a 4-5* Hotel.

     Andorra is known as the country of the Pyrenees, a valley in the middle in the Pyrenees Mountain rocky range, where we can find many options to discover and practice different winter and ski sports. It is also one of the most cheap and best places to do shopping; thanks to its special tax model you could have access to many different options.

  •  Morning/Afternoon: Transfer to the selected ski station.            

    Evening: Transfer back to the hotel. We could have the opportunity to walk around Andorra la Vella area, plenty of shopping malls.

  • Morning: Transfer to Caldea-Inuu Spa Center, to enjoy of a relaxing thermal wellness treatment and relaxing or therapeutic massage.

    Afternoon/evening: Transfer back to Barcelona, located 190km from Andorra, 3hrs driving distance. Hotel accommodation  in the selected  4-5* Hotel.

  • Morning: We are back in Barcelona and we could breathe Gaudi's soul again. It's time for Parc Güell and their fantastic views over the city will introduce us a in a second stage of knowledge of his legacy.

    Lunch: Paella and sea food restaurant.

    Afternoon/evening: Montjuic, the magical mountain for their citizens, permits to have one of the best views of the city from the south.  We will visit the Castle on the top, and the 1992 Olympic Games venues, having the chance to visit MNAC (Catalan National Art Museum) and their Romanic and Gothic art collection among much others to end our visit on Plaza de España.

    Dinner: Tapas restaurant.
